Error: ActiveX component can't create object
CyberClub.Dll in either c:\Windows\system32 | c:\WinNT\system32 or C:\Inetpub\vhosts\mts.org.my\httpdocs\cgi-bin folder has not been properly registered on the server computer.
Or Execute Permission for Internet users has not be assigned to it.
